Our company's Articles of Association has been reported to be approved by the Capital Markets Board with the letter received from the Capital Markets Board.

With a letter dated 26.05.2023 received from the Capital Markets Board, it has been announced that our company's Articles of Association, Article 6 titled "Capital," has been approved by the Capital Markets Board.

The amendment to the Articles of Association regarding the capital increase was registered in the Gaziantep Trade Registry on 31.05.2023 and announced in the 10843rd issue of the Turkey Trade Registry Gazette on 01.06.2023, marking the completion of the capital increase process.
